Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to donations, payments, registrations, and other transactions made through the website or authorized payment channels of Vidyayan Skills Foundation (“Vidyayan”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Donations

Donations made to Vidyayan Skills Foundation are generally voluntary and non-refundable.

Once a donation has been successfully processed, it cannot normally be cancelled or refunded.

However, in exceptional circumstances, a refund request may be considered if:

The donation was made due to a technical error.
The amount was deducted more than once for the same transaction.
The transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent.
The donor made an accidental payment and contacts us promptly.

2. Refund Request

Registered email address or phone number
Transaction ID or payment reference number
Date and amount of the transaction
Reason for requesting a refund

3. Processing of Refunds

After receiving a refund request, Vidyayan Skills Foundation may review the transaction and request additional information where necessary.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method or payment gateway, subject to applicable banking and payment-processing timelines.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment service provider.

4. Duplicate Transactions

If the same donation or payment is accidentally processed more than once, the duplicate amount may be eligible for a refund after verification.

5. Internship and Volunteer Programs

We reserve the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel a program due to unforeseen events such as technical failures, faculty unavailability, regulatory requirements, or operational constraints.
In such cases, instead of a refund, enrolled candidates will be offered the option to shift to another upcoming batch or program of similar value.

6. Third-Party Payment Gateways

Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. Vidyayan Skills Foundation is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or other financial institutions.

7. Policy Changes

Vidyayan Skills Foundation reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time.
